Directions
- Parboil 1 pound Brussels sprouts, approximately 25, for 4-5 minutes or less if smaller sprouts
- Drain and place on parchment lined sheet pan
- Smash/press down each with the bottom of a glass cup to make flat
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, season with sea salt, cracked pepper and freshly grated Parmesan
- Bake at 400˚ for 30 minutes or lessen time and crisp even more with air fryer
- Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic.

- 1/2 tsp Chipotle, Baklouti (for a little kick) or another flavored olive oil
