Directions

  1. Parboil 1 pound Brussels sprouts, approximately 25, for 4-5 minutes or less if smaller sprouts
  2. Drain and place on parchment lined sheet pan
  3. Smash/press down each with the bottom of a glass cup to make flat
  4. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, season with sea salt, cracked pepper and freshly grated Parmesan
  5. Bake at 400˚ for 30 minutes or lessen time and crisp even more with air fryer
  6. Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic.
