Our bright, tart, ruby red Lambrusco wine vinegar is a culinary delight! It boasts rich notes of citrus and grapefruit on the nose with a clean astringent finish on the palate. The Lambrusco grape grows only in the Southern tier of Lombardy in the northern region of Italy.
