Garnish: Thyme or Rosemary
Serve with a fresh salad with lemon olive oil and white balsamic or pinot noir vinegar and a cold bottle of something delicious! Drink options: choose a crisp, dry white wine, medium-bodied red wine, Lambrusco, beers such as IPA, and/or sparkling water with a slice of lemon or lime. For nonalcoholic option that is different, Oolong Tea or Lemonade with less sugar.
