Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
3/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano
1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil – medium intensity
Sea salt
Freshly ground pepper
Lime Wedges (for serving)
– In a small bowl, mix all ingredients and then season dressing with salt and pepper. We used the Favolosa for the EVOO. You could also use the Cilantro & Roasted Onion or Garlic Olive Oil for additional flavor.
Use dressing to baste grilled chicken when almost done, last 5 minutes or so. Serve chicken with an additional drizzle of dressing and a wedge of lime.
