This oil is made by using organic Interdonato lemons from a farm in Mani, Greece crushed with early harvest, organic Koroneiki olives – cold fused, pressed using zero heat! A beautiful lemon fused olive oil, with a citrusy aroma, and full flavored! A versatile oil that you can use in any dish that calls for lemon – try in dishes like risotto or pair with our Champagne Wine Vinegar for a delicious Caesar dressing. Sauté hearty greens or use as a finishing oil for chicken, grains or pasta!
