Whole Pepper Fused -Agrumato
Our small batch Habanero fused olive oil is complex with notes of tropical fruit and citrus. A little bit goes a long way! Use to finish ceviche, with eggs, drizzle over salsa and for roasting vegetables. Made by combining fresh green, early harvest Frantoio olives with a large percentage of fresh ripe Habanero chilies! These two fresh ingredients are simply crushed together and mixed in a malaxer which fuses the essential habanero oil with the olive oil. The resulting marriage boasts lingering heat.
Pair with mango white balsamic to marinate shrimp.
