This aged balsamic is amazingly complex, with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee extract. It makes a fantastic glaze or BBQ base for pork, beef or chicken.  Beautiful on Italian style deserts with cream or as a glaze for roasted vegetables.

Add a shot to an “affogatto float”, which calls for a tall mug of vanilla gelato scoops covered with coffee.

This naturally infused balsamic is caramel color-free, free of added sugar or thickeners and aged in wood barrels of the traditional Solera Method in Modena, Italy.
