Blackberry-Ginger Balsamic Vinegar

Our Blackberry-Ginger Balsamic is wonderfully sweet, pleasingly tart and redolent with exotic, spicy flavor of ginger artfully married with rich, ripe juicy blackberry.  It makes a fantastic vinaigrette or marinade.  Use on chicken, fish, over fruit salad, or oatmeal.  It is divine paired with our Persian Lime or Lemon Olive Oil.

This naturally infused balsamic is caramel color-free, free of added sugar or thickeners and aged in wood barrels of the traditional Solera System in Modena, Italy.
