Our balsamic is naturally infused with floral, sweet black currant. This rich, unique balsamic is tart and amazingly complex. Serve with pungent salty cheeses, use in salads, over yogurt or to dress fresh fruit salad.
Pairs great with Basil or Lemon Olive Oil.
This naturally infused balsamic is caramel color-free, free of added sugar or thickeners and aged in wood barrels of the traditional Solera System in Modena, Italy.
