INGREDIENTS<\/span><\/p>\n

5 tablespoons Gravenstein Apple<\/a> or Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar<\/a><\/div>\n
2 tablespoons\u00a0Dijon mustard<\/a><\/div>\n
1 small shallot, minced<\/div>\n
1 garlic clove, minced<\/div>\n
Salt and pepper<\/div>\n
7 tablespoons\u00a0extra-virgin olive oil<\/a><\/div>\n
2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved, and sliced very thin<\/div>\n
4 ounces\u00a0sharp cheddar cheese<\/a>, shredded (1 cup)<\/div>\n
1 Granny Smith apple, cored and cut into 1\/2-inch pieces<\/div>\n
1\/2 cup hazelnuts, toasted, skinned, and chopped<\/div>\n

INSTRUCTIONS<\/p>\n

  1. Whisk white balsamic vinegar, mustard, shallot, garlic and 1\/2 teaspoon salt together in large bowl. Slowly whisk in oil until incorporated. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Toss Brussels sprouts with vinaigrette, and let sit for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.<\/li>\n
