Robust Intensity
This new Sonoma County Italian Blend is comprised of Frantoio, Pendolino and Leccino. Produced on a small farm in Glen Ellen, CA (Sonoma County), the oil while not organic certified, is produced from chemical and pesticide free olive trees. This oil is considered Olio Nuovo, 100% unfiltered -so use it quickly, very cloudy but delish.
