This Early Harvest Hojiblanca is crafted by one of the world’s most decorated producers and is extremely fruity. It is also one of the milder extra virgin olive oils in our selection.

Tasting Profile / Serving Suggestions: This Spanish Hojiblanca presents a complex nose with notes of berry, stone fruit, and red apple. You may also notice a hint of banana and confectionary notes. With just a hint of pepper and no bitterness this is a beautiful example of a well made, mild olive oil. It has a light and delicate texture and consistency, and works well as a finishing oil over simple dishes including steamed vegetables, various seafoods, rice, sauce-less pasta, and salads. A great oil to toss your popcorn with!
